
Santa Lucía, in the north coast of the province, with the charms of their silent nature only interrupted by the screams of gulls and flamingos. In front of their costs it is expanded the biggest coralline barrier in the country with 36 kilometers long, in charge of protecting the coast of the impetuous current of the Old Channel of Bahamas and full of exceptional places for the diving with abrupt funds or of song, tunnels and caverns, tubular sponges, black corals and of wires, big gorgonias and sunken ships, these last become refuges of marine species.
